A well-known online sports wagering platform in the Netherlands (currently under the Entain umbrella), BetCity, has teamed up with Enteractive to assist in re-engaging inactive users. Enteractive is recognized for its tailored strategy of bringing players back to online sportsbooks and casinos, and they will be collaborating closely with BetCity to bolster their existing customer engagement initiatives.

BetCity commenced operations in October 2021 after obtaining a license from the Dutch gaming regulator and swiftly captured a substantial portion of the market. This triumph resulted in their acquisition by Entain in late 2022.

Enteractive will utilize their specialized team of Dutch-speaking representatives to reach out to players directly. Their objective is to enhance player retention and allegiance to the BetCity.nl brand.

Robert Kooiman, Head of Marketing at BetCity, conveyed his excitement about the collaboration, affirming that Enteractive provides them with a competitive advantage in the bustling Dutch market. He is confident that their individualized method will fortify player connections and underscore BetCity’s dedication to ethical gaming practices. He projects that reactivating dormant players will yield significant returns over time.

Francesca Raniolo, a high-ranking business expansion executive at Enteractive, expresses enthusiasm for their collaboration with BetCity. She anticipates it will propel BetCity’s expansion within the profitable Netherlands market. Enteractive projects to be instrumental in elevating income from engaged players, considering the untapped potential of inactive player profiles and the favorable responses already garnered.

Enteractive revitalizes more than 13,000 players monthly for a diverse range of operators. They employ call representatives fluent in local languages to deliver assistance to iGaming companies globally.

This alliance follows Entain’s latest purchase of BetCity for €450 million (equivalent to $543 million USD), indicating a significant move into the Dutch market.
